Orders
Orders may be placed online at www.rockatelier.co.uk at any time.
If an item is not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are typically between four and six weeks as these items will be made to order. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer that the allotted time window. Our sales team will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.
Packaging
All Rockatelier jewellery purchased from our website will arrive in a Rockatelier pouch or gift box with a grosgrain ribbon bow. This package will arrive to you at home in a discreet plain box.
