SHIPPING, DUTIES, RETURNS

All international orders are subject to an approximate 25% shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of delivery. For safety and quality purposes all items are processed inside monitored premises.

For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid. Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original box. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries. All personalised items are made to order and these are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund unless the product is faulty. We recommend returning the items by First Class signed for delivery, to ensure your order is safely returned to us.

If returning from outside the UK unfortunately we cannot be liable for any custom or import charges. We recommend using a recorded standard service and please mark the shipment as a "return" so that we are not charged custom or import tax. Please note we cannot be held liable for any missing returns and it is the responsibility of the customer to safely return their item to us.
